Through a series of extensive interviews and tests, we analyze the skills and potential of a candidate, to select the most appropriate set of skills and experiences for the job opening.
The process begins with an initial interview, mostly conducted through a telephone call for the basic assessment. The candidates are then informed about the interview time, via email or telephone.
The Human Resource team conducts the initial interview, to discuss the applicant’s qualifications and experience. The candidates found eligible for the job are called for another interview with the department head and relevant personnel. The candidates may be called for a final interview and further discussions.
